Our Company
Ndè Nàowò Environmental Ltd (NNE) is a Tłı̨chǫ Nation member-owned Natural and Cultural Management company specializing in environmental, archaeological, and cultural resource management. We support clients and projects across the Tłı̨chǫ Nation territory, the Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut. Founded on Tłı̨chǫ values of stewardship and responsibility, NNE brings generations of land knowledge to every project we undertake.
Leadership & Capacity
Jasper Lamouelle is founder and CEO of Tlohmbaa Developments Inc., and is a proud member of the Tłı̨chǫ Nation of the Northwest Territories. The NNE team includes access to more than 80 professional, technical, and traditional knowledge specialists, offering expertise across a broad range of natural and cultural resource disciplines. Our leadership and technical teams have been involved in major projects across Western and Northern Canada for decades.
NNE draws on the combined technical capacity of its partner organizations to staff projects at scale.

Our Approach
For Indigenous peoples, the land, water, fish, and caribou have long provided sustenance in many forms, including shelter, clothing, hunting, trapping, and the harvesting of roots and berries. The sustainable use of traditional territories is essential not only for livelihoods and economic well-being, but also for maintaining cultural continuity. These relationships reflect the cyclical nature of life, matter, and existence.

Ownership & Partnership
Ndè Nàowò Environmental Ltd (NNE) is an Indigenous partnership between the Tłı̨chǫ Nation member-owned company Tlohmbaa Developments Inc. and Ecofor Consulting Ltd. We are a federally registered Indigenous company created to advance Indigenous economic participation through ownership, governance and long-term capacity building.
Through this partnership, NNE delivers Indigenous ownership, governance, and leadership alongside deep community engagement expertise. We bring strong local and Indigenous Knowledge aligned with community development priorities, and we prioritize training and work opportunities for Indigenous community members.
